Aneta Majchrzak
 

I was born in Poland, where I graduated

from the Academy of Fine Arts in

Wrocław, the ceramics design department.

I have lived in Ireland for many years,

where I continued my passion for ceramics, but the longing for home made

me start painting pictures to fill the void

on the walls, because my family home

was full of pictures. My parents painted

pictures in the 1980s and 1990s.

The subjects I choose are different,

sometimes it depends on the color of the

painting, sometimes it depends on the

subject. For me, the painting

complements the room.
